Total Investment: $5,000

Rental of Sawyer Farms includes the following:

• Full grounds with ceremony yard and reception barn
• Staff member on-site the day of the event
• On-site men's and women's bathrooms
• Parking area
• Use of the property Thursday through Sunday of the wedding weekend for set-up and take-down (we only host one wedding per weekend)

Items that couples may consider including in their rental for an additional cost are:

• Rehearsal dinner on-site the Friday before the event, $500
• Personalized signage, pricing to be discussed based on needs
